Senator Romano moved to amend the bill on page ten, section one, line two hundred twenty-six, after the word “education” by changing the period to a colon and adding the following proviso:  Provided, That any learning pod or microschool which has a student requiring special education instruction must comply with the provisions of section eleven, article twenty, chapter eighteen of this code, including, but not limited to, placement of video cameras for the protection of that exceptional student.
